FAQ

leonArdo is a blockchain trading interface that has been designed as a “visual” trading front-end for both centralised and decentralised exchanges. However, rather than simply mimic exchange websites, leonArdo provides a host of additional features that significantly improve the trading experience. leonArdo currently supports BTC-e, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Poloniex, OKCoin and Bittrex, but new market plugins are in the pipeline and will be available to existing customers for a price of $29. leonArdo not only provides the best most intuitive interface on the market for crypto currency trading, it also comes bundled with two automatic trading strategies.
It is available for Windows. It is 64 bit so please contact us if you are still using a 32 bit machine!
leonArdo has been developed from the ground up as an object oriented C++ application. Using the features of C++ and Qt allows us to provide a product that is super responsive and completely intuitive to use.
To allow leonArdo to connect to exchanges you will need to create an API key pair. We will use half of one of these keys to register your copy of leonArdo. After purchasing leonArdo you will be directed as to how to set this up.
Of course, you can run leonArdo on Virtualbox or kvm for example. We also run leonArdo inside kvm on remote servers.
The most likely reason for this is that the API key pair you are using was already used with another program. If this is the case please contact us. Another possibilty is that the exchange itself is down, or IP restrictions are enabled but your local IP address has not been added to your API key pair.
